Try A Seasonal Dinner & Beer Pairing in Richmond
Looking for an autumnal dining experience? The Urban Roost Chef’s Series is back with a 6 course dinner & beverage pairing by Lunch.SUPPER! with Three Notch’d Brewery and Collab house in Richmond!
The event will be held November 8th, from 5-9pm. The Harvest menu will be featuring local farms and produce to highlight seasonal offerings from right here in Virginia. Here’s a look at the menu for the event:
HARVEST MENU
Course 1:
Jump lump crab, sherry wine butter sauce, fried Edward’s country ham, frisée, pickled fresno peppers, and fresh herbs
+ Founders First Saison
Course 2:
Autumn Olive Farms pork loin stuffed with cranberry, garlic, bacon kale, over a sweet potato puree with brandy apples and toasted walnuts
+ Hub Hopper IPA
Course 3:
Pumpkin-chickpea fritter, roasted yellow pepper, charred radicchio, parmesan cracker, and lemon herb aioli
+ Pay Day VA Rye Pale Ale
Course 4:
Roasted Duck over carrot and butternut squash medley, fresh ginger glaze, pomegranate sorrel salad and toasted almonds
+ Last Call Barrel Aged Imperial Brown Ale
