Tap into fall with 10 variety of Alewerks beers including the seasonal Pumpkin Ale – The Junior Woman’s Club of Williamsburg is partnering with Alewerks Brewing Company for the second annual Brews that Benefit.

This year’s primary beneficiary for Brews that Benefit is the local branch of Warriors at Ease. Warriors at Ease train and certify yoga and meditation teachers to support military communities affected by combat stress, trauma and Post-traumatic Stress.

The Junior Woman’s Club of Williamsburg (JWCW) will hold their second annual Brews that Benefit on Saturday, September 30 at Alewerks Brewing Company from 12 to 4 p.m. Prior to the event, an instructor and leader from Warriors at Ease will lead a complimentary yoga session.

Brews that Benefit will feature 10 Alewerks craft beer samples including their seasonal Pumpkin Ale along with an Oktoberfest-inspired menu from Prost! food truck.

This year’s event will offer lawn games, live music and a silent auction featuring items such as a Canon camera and printer, Merchants Square restaurant gift certificates and two rounds of golf at Kingsmill Resort & Spa.

“We are thrilled to once again collaborate with Alewerks Brewing Company for the second Brews that Benefit,” said Tori Otstot, JWCW president.” We enjoy partnering with local non-profits such as Warriors at Ease who contribute to the well-being of the community.”

The 2017 Brews that Benefit will offer $25 tickets. For more information, visit the Junior Woman’s Club of Williamsburg site.
