The Best Coffee in Williamsburg VA
Williamsburg, Virginia has an amazing food scene and if you’re looking for a cup of coffee (and maybe a pastry), you’re in luck! There are tons of great coffee spots in and around the city. Here are a few of our favorites.

Hohl
This cafe actually has two locations, one in Williamsburg and one in Toscano, VA. Their location in Williamsburg is in downtown Colonial Williamsburg (219 N Boundary Street) where they’ve converted an old house into a 2-story cafe. The coffee is delicious and so is the food, so it’s the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee or a full brunch. Whether you’re looking for a simple drip coffee or a flavored latte, they’ve got a cup of coffee with your name on it.

The Bake Shop
The Bake Shop is a popular spot in downtown Williamsburg, so expect a bit of a wait on the weekend. But it’s worth it! They’re well known for their pastries and bagels — and they also make a great cup of coffee. We tried a simple drip coffee and a latte and both were delicious. (And of course we couldn’t pass up a sticky bun and a bagel.)

Culture Cafe
This place gets bonus points for the fun, eclectic vibe and exceptional service. (Their staff is so friendly!) Of course, the coffee is delicious too. They have a pretty big dining space, so it’s a great spot if you want to grab a table and stay a while.

Eleva
The Eleva location in Merchant’s Square is great for coffee or tea! (They also have a location in New Town Williamsburg.) They don’t have much of a food menu, but the cafe is cute and cozy, and the prices are very reasonable. We popped in here before strolling around Colonial Williamsburg and we liked the vibe.

Column 15
Column 15 takes a more science-y approach to coffee brewing — and it shows. Their drip coffee is simple and well balanced. They also have a pretty big food menu if you’re looking for a bite to eat. We grabbed coffee to go and I appreciated that this spot was open bright and early at 7 am, even on weekends.
