When our friends spotted the Cornbread French Toast on the specials menu, we had to get one (ok, two) for the table.

I ordered the Tin Roof Rusted Hash, which was absolute perfection. Think sweet potato hash topped with sunny-side-up eggs, served alongside buttery Texas toast. It had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and I’d order it again in a heartbeat.
