Sunday, Dec. 3rd: Belmont Butchery, Slow Food RVA and Branch & Vine are hosting meat maven Meredith Leigh, author of The Ethical Meat Handbook and recently released, Pure Charcuterie.
A ticketed event, Meredith will lead a charcuterie making demo, tasting and social hour starting at 4pm. Followed by a dinner at 6:30 by Belmont Butchery’s staff. Tickets are available here.
Tickets are inclusive of food, beverages, gratuity and taxes. Dinner will be featuring local meats & veggies by Belmont Butchery; Wine pairing by Branch & Vine.
Both books will be available for sale at the event, as well as on Saturday, Dec. 2nd at Belmont Butchery. Meredith will be available for signing from 4-6pm on Saturday.
