Ingredients
- 32 oz bag frozen corn
- 2 small jalapeños, diced, seeds and membranes removed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 block cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
