Birdie’s oyster bar transforms into Evergreen, a holiday-themed bar in the Arts District of downtown Richmond. It can be challenging to get a reservation, but if you’re lucky, you might be able to snag a seat at the bar! This spot is just a block from the Quirk Hotel, which is also a gorgeous spot to get a drink.
