This crispy Boursin cheese is a showstopping appetizer that is surprisingly easy to make! It’s crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and pairs perfectly with a glass of Cabernet Franc from Southwest Mountains Vineyards!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Boursin Garlic & & Herb Cheese
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine the panko crumbs with the thyme, salt, and pepper and set aside.
    3. Coat the cheese in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, then coat with panko crumbs on all sides.
    4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
    5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey, if desired. Serve with sliced baguette.
