Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (We love Homestead Creamery)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup yogurt (We love Blue Ridge Dairy)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

- Prepare Blueberry-Yogurt Mix: Blend half of the blueberries into the yogurt. Blend until it has reached your desired consistency.
- Assemble the Puddings: Start with a layer of the blueberry-yogurt mixture at the bottom of each cup, followed by a layer of chia pudding. Finish with a topping of fresh blueberries.
