This Friday is one of the greatest foodie holidays of the year – June 1st is #NationalDonutDay!

That means discounted, delicious donuts at our favorite spots around the state. We’re hooking you up with all the discounts and deals this year so you don’t miss out – take a look below and drop us a line if we missed one.

  • Duck Donuts (Multiple Locations) – When visiting any of their locations on Friday, you will receive a free classic donut. This includes their bare, cinnamon sugar, or powdered sugar donut, no purchase necessary.
  • Rise Biscuits & Donuts (Short Pump) – Rise Biscuits & Donuts will donate 100% of sales from its Chocolate Icing Donut to FeedMore, who helps the nearly 200,000 children, families and seniors in Central Virginia who struggle with hunger.
  • Buttermilk Bakeshop (Petersburg) – Selling a dozen donuts for only $8
  • Sugar Shack (Fredericksburg, Alexandria, Arlington locations) – Wear your Sugar Shack T-shirt for a free house donut. Check with other locations for freebie rules.
  • Sandy Pony Donuts (Chincoteague) – Wear anything with donuts and get 1 free donut, purchase any Sandy Swag and get 2 free donuts.
  • Mama Crockett’s (Multiple locations) – In Martinsville and Roanoke on Friday, go like and share their FB post for a chance to win a free dozen. On Saturday, visit them in Lynchburg for more free donut opportunities. 
  • Paul’s Bakery (Fredericksburg) – Since Paul’s Bakery won three categories on Best of the Burg, you get three donuts free on 3 separate days. Friday, they will be handing out gift certificates for three free donuts to be redeemed on three separate days. 
  • O’s Donuts (Norfolk) –  Get a free donut with any purchase.
  • Emily’s Donuts (Williamsburg) – Go in store for one free glazed donut.
  • Astro Doughnuts (DC/Falls Church) – Proceeds from the sales of the blueberry sour cream “muffin” doughnut will benefit the Salvation Army.
  • B Doughnut (Multiple locations in NOVA) – Come in for a free doughnut when you purchase any beverage.
  • Pure Eats (Lexington) – Free doughnut with every purchase. $10 dozen doughnuts all day.
  • Route 8 Donuts (Christiansburg) – Receive a free glazed donut with a purchase of a half dozen or more.
