Brie & Apple Flatbread

This brie and apple flatbread is the perfect appetizer to share or a quick and easy dinner for two! Pair it with a glass of wine from Southwest Mountains Vineyards for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced into 1″ pieces
  • 1 small apple, very thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Top with brie and apple slices.
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with arugula.
  6. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
